Jasper has a proven track record of preparing and executing project plans and programs, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the companies procedures and clients satisfaction. Experience in project estimating, engineering, sales/marketing, with emphasis on cost analysis, and market applications. A decisive individual with the ability to identify situations and formulate appropriate measures. Always ensuring timely, safe, and cost effective design and implementation during the life cycle of projects. Meets project budgets and schedules accordingly to project specifications
